I love the Starbucks app, although I don't love how to use more stars for using a gift card balance than you for a regular credit or debit card. This is mainly because the only amounts you can add to your gift card balance are preset amounts (EX: $10, $15, $20, $25, $50 or something). So if you pay the exact amount with your debit card, gwt half of the stars you would if you add money to your gift card balance and used that instead to pay, means that you add more than the exact amount to your card to get double the stars.
