This Starbucks is great if you want to get a drink before you go shopping. While it?s not an ideal place to hang out and do some work out of your laptop due to the limited seating, the staff is great. There is almost no seating inside, but outside, The Marketplace has a lot of options, single comfortable chairs, or table and chairs with umbrellas so it all balances out. I get my usual drink here and it?s always done right. Even when the place is busy, the staff gets everything out quickly and efficiently.
You know how Starbucks is. The coffee is not good at all, not worth the money. But I still eat and drink at Starbucks a couple of times a week cause sometimes I?m in a hurry and it is available where ever I am. I want to add that I think the employees of specially this location every other locations have always done their best but you got to admit that there is better coffee I mean better beans and better roasts out there.
I am sorry but anyone standing for over 10 min waiting near the mobile order and no one address them, asks for their name, or let me check on that for you YOU NEED MAJOR HELP IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. it is past my estimated drink to be ready time. I see why now the line at the Starbucks up the street is so long they serve people twice as face with quadruple the amount of people waiting just in the drive thru
This one is really small. Definitely not the place to go if you want to sit inside and hangout or get some work done. More of a grab your coffee and go Starbucks. There is plenty of outdoor seating and lots of parking. The WiFi didn't work either. There are several other Starbucks within a mile of here. I would choose another one of you plan on staying. This one doesn't have a drive-thru either.
