Update: 8/1/2021 I just had the most amazing drink the creative team has made here, not on the menu. The syrup for my old favorite was not available, so Leo asked me to make something new I didn't try before. And she did amazing Leos Special was born (picture in the attached). I returned to try the hot version of the same drink and AJ prepared my new hot favorite for rainy cold days (also attached). I've blown away that after all these years when buying Starbucks, I didn't dare to try something that's not on the menu.
