Starbucks Coffee - Réserver une table

Put bluntly, the manager of this location needs to be fired. The staff vary in ability and customer service from high to zero, which is to be expected, but they are clearly either understaffed or poorly directed. Simple orders can take 25 or 30 minutes to fill, and there is at best a 50% chance your name will be called when ready. Just as likely it will sit hidden on the counter until you directly ask for it. Never, ever expect food to be warm. If you order more than one item, never expect them to arrive within 10 minutes of each other, sometimes that gap can be as long as 30 minutes. Corporate needs to do something. I am not singling out any member of the staff, but as a team their product...

Back again and a long wait. Never enough staffing here and always a long line and crowded. Please expand this location. Great place friendly staff. Always an excessively long wait. They need more staff. Actually, I think they need a much bigger space. They get a lot of school children right after school and the place is packed with young people under 15 -16 after school and on the weekends. Maybe Starbucks should consider a young people's Starbucks at this location? Or just expand this location. The staff are great and work very very hard and all of them deserve raises.

I haven?t been to this Starbucks in a while and I like Starbucks, but for me personally the staff wasn?t welcoming. I?m typically a quiet person just waiting to get my drink and I?m not sure if they didn?t have a good day or they?ve always been like that.

Hours say closes at 9pm. We got to the place at 8:45pm but folks working here had already locked the doors and told us that they are closed. Atleast follow the posted hours otherwise don?t post them

Baristas are always nice. Pre-ordered drinks are always ready on time and correctly made to order.
