I had been shopping and googled subway restaurants that were open. It showed me that subway on Southeast 14th was open until 10 PM that Friday night. I drove to that location and arrived at 9:42 PM. Went to go inside and one side of the door was locked, but the other was open. Someone was coming out. When I started to walk into the restaurant a little further, the man that was behind the counter was counting money at the register. He said, “sorry, we are already closed.” I said, “I thought that you were open until 10 PM.” He said, “my cash register is already in close down mode so I can't serve you “. Went in for lunch break I went to grab a coke out of the pop cooler I barely opened it but I must of forgot to close all the way because the worker she was wearing a grey hoodie went over and slammed the pop cooler door shut I said I'm sorry she rolled her eyes! very rude! if you dont like your job maybe you should find another!customer service is not for you! Maybe you should try to be kinder to people and not act so ugly!Hey Subway if your pop cooler breaks it's because she slams the door on it! My sandwich tasted fine and the service was good, but they are really skimping on the toppings. They weren't even that busy but they rushed through adding toppings. I did notice the prices have shot up substantially. Basic subs that were on the $5 footlong list a few years ago and now $9-$10. I know, I know...things cost more.
Only reason I gave one less star foe atmosphere is due to the fact one male and one female stood in back giggling the entire time while one female took orders, made sandwiches, and had to remove gloves to run register as well. Don't hire people who do nothing and take advantage of the ones who do.
