Sukhothai - Réserver une table

Service was non-existent from the start. We walked in the door and already the waitress saw us and pretended to not see us until we started walking towards an empty table. Upon taking our order, she quickly rushed away without asking about drinks. We had to go to the counter and order there. After our dishes started coming out, she practically threw the plates at us instead of setting them on the table. When we were doing with apps, she didn’t even take away our appetizer plates that took up the entire table for 2. She handed us our entrees. We had to set aside the plates on the wall next to our table to make space. Food was a 0/10. Even unauthentic Thai food tastes better than the unseasone...

I genuinely do not understand how this place has the rating it does. Firstly, customer service is non existent. The lady seemed to be taking care of everyone else except us. Bringing the food to our table, she practically threw the plates on the table. I don’t understand what the rush was for as there was only 1 other customer in the restaurant. They did not bother to clear our table or even take our order until I had to flag her down several times. Even then, after taking our order, she walks off without taking any drink orders. We showed her nothing but respect and politeness the entire time. Food: I genuinely believe the people that gives this place anything but a 2 star at best is either...

We ordered pad see ew and pad kee mao, both orders noodles were extremely overdone and the meal had absolutely NO flavor. Super disappointed . Want thorough Thai food? Try Pad Thai on Everett Rd! I didn’t order from them tonight because sadly they are on vacation and I cannot wait for them to return. NEVER AGAIN.

We Had delicious take out. Pineapple fried rice, chicken drunken noodles and yellow curry with chicken. The curry was to die for. Have eaten in and had take out several times and it has always been good. Would highly recommend!

My husband had Basil chicken rice and I had the duck soup both were fantastic. Thoughtful service. Overall great experience. We felt very grateful to have stumbled upon the place!
