Tandem Bagel Company

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this was crazy, I had the simplest order ever -an everything bagel with salmon and cream cheese and got a plain bagel. The cashier was incredibly rude I was even going to get a second drink and decided not too because I didn’t want to support the place. Tandem has definitely been going down hill I’d recommend the works for a good staff that actually cares and doesn’t mess up simple orders, now I have to drive 20 minutes back for an 11$ bagel

The best breakfast sandwich in Western Mass, and even better cold brew coffee. Staff are always so friendly, and the establishment is kept very clean despite the number of people there. Only complaint is there needs to be more locations!

Best breakfast and lunch spot in all of western mass. Bagels and coffee are amazing. Very friendly staff and food comes out quick. Clean inside and a great place to sit and relax while enjoying your food. Definitely recommend!

Bagels are best outside of NYC, especially the bagel sandwiches!
