"As members of the Sikh community, the staff are knowledgeable about vegetarian and vegan dietary needs and are helpful in making suitable recommendations. However, I felt a bit uneasy about the large number of meat dishes being prepared alongside vegetarian options in such a small establishment. I personally avoid eating salad or raw vegetables in places that handle raw meat and specifically requested my pakora to be served without salad or any raw items. Both came as requested. The pakora was quite delicious, but I recommend asking for the vegan kebab sauce instead of the vegetarian pakora sauce. However, I did feel somewhat uneasy about the number of meat dishes being prepared right next to the vegetarian options in such a small kitchen. I personally avoid eating salads or raw vegetables in places where raw meat is handled, and I specifically requested my pakora to be served without salad or raw onions, which they accommodated.
