Tee Kontor Kiel - Réservation de table

I regularly buy large quantities of tea online, sometimes trying out new providers. This was my first purchase from Kielter Teekontor. I placed an order for a large quantity of two kinds of tea as gifts. But instead of ten pretty bags of 100 or four of 250 grammes (as on the website's pictures) what I got was 1 kg packages of plastic-sealed tea wrapped in ugly brown industrial paper like an Amazon parcel. This was indicated nowhere on the website. When I explained the situation they were rather stroppy and when I requested to return the items, since they were of no use to me, I did so within the legal time frame. I was huntin’ for a gift under a certain price and didn’t have the foggiest idea what to get. But lemme tell ya, the folks workin’ there were real helpful — they took the time to chat and helped me come up with a sweet little present. In the end, my friend absolutely loved the orange blossom (Blüte) and fig rose (Feige Rose) tea, the chocolates, and the marmalade. I’ll sure be swingin’ by again next time I’m in town!
