Texas Roadhouse - Réserver une table

Took our food extremely long to come out. They brought my husband a dried out steak that looked like beef jerky and a potato. 10 minutes goes by the rest of our table still doesn't have food. Then they come back and take the steak and potato and tell him it wasn't his, they delivered it to the wrong table, it belonged to the table next to us. By then my husband had cut it to notice it was well done and he ordered medium well. When they finally brought out food out, my steak was not cooked right, the shrimp were dried up and my husband's steak tasted like a burnt grill. I had them take mine off the ticket and I didn't eat dinner. The manager never came out to speak to us, however every table...

Terrible experience tonight, but our waiter was wonderful. We were a party of 8. 2 entries came out over an hr after taking our order, 20min later the rest of the entrees show up. My burger was cold and raw. Sent it back another 30min go by and the new burger finally shows up. Manger didn't come to table when requested. Would not recommend.

I always order to-go from here, I have no other choice. And they ALWAYS mess soemthing up, forgetting bacon, ranch, they’ve forgotten appetizers, potatoes, but what really tops the cake is I ordered applesauce as a side and a whole French fry came in it. Yum.

This is my daughter and I's favorite place to eat together for dinner. She 4 and loves the steak and rolls, which is amazing considering she doesn't even care to eat meat that much.

Was seated right away, the server was friendly and prompt, the food arrived quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend.
