Amazing Thai Red curry, beautiful interior, no veg options, not child friendly, service depends!. Can say, a 5* Curry with 1* attitude of the owner. In contrast the waiter from Granada is extremely professional. We have been eating at Som Som regularly for a year, their food and ambience has been consistently good if not improved. Edit Jan 2023: In their new home SomSom still has some amazing Thai dishes, their Tom Yum is as good as the best I've tried in Thailand. The new venue is much larger and beautifully decorated. Staff are so friendly and attentive. A must go to restaurant in Nerja! Really great and authentic Thai food. Best Thai I’ve had so far in South of Spain (Nerja). Everything was really good I would definitely recommend this place!! The place is upscale, a tad more pricey than other options but I’d say it’s worth it. The Indonesian noodles for $4.50 was a great value packed a lot of flavor. They also have their own take on shrimp gambas (A traditional Spanish appetizer) it was also delicious. The ambiance is very nice the service was great, check this place out if you’re ever nearby! Thank you for the good food and all staff are super friendly. By far the best Asian restaurant for me in the area. I ordered rijstaffel which is mixed Indonesian food and it was sooo good. You have to pre order this meal and it is worth it. Fish cake and pad Thai also tasty. Surely when I’m in costa del sol I’d come more often Réservez une table maintenant
First night in Nerja and after a lot of ham and cheese across Spain getting here looked for a different vibe. Bingo!! Fish cakes BOOM.....phad Thai AWESOME…nasi goreng and satay YUM..duck red curry FAB....add in great service and great prices and you just gotta go there!!!
