The Bar Restaurant

One of our favorite pizza places. Authentic New Haven thin crust, very tasty and flavorful. Pies are large. They do the classics well, but if you're looking for something novel, try the chicken bacon ranch or the vodka sauce pizza. There was one time that the center of the pizza wasn't quite cooked enough, but that was one time out of dozens we've been there. We have gone back many times since then and haven't had a problem. The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice and they have live music on the weekends.

The only place i’ll get my pizza for takeout! Consistently good pie calzones. Definitely New Haven style!

We loved the live entertainment on Sat night. The band was excellent.
