If I could leave zero stars, I would. Service was unbearably rude. We got skipped in the line that I waited in for 40 mins. My husband went inside to speak to his Mother on Mother’s Day, while I waited outside in line, and we were told that we were no longer holding our spot bc he did so. When we confronted the woman at the door, she ushered others that had come in 10 mins previously. Get your priorities straight, and maybe use communication to your customers instead of letting us stand in the line, not knowing we weren’t getting in the door any longer. Ridiculous.
The staff were truly above and beyond amazing!! I have alpha gal syndrome and as I told them I was allergic to beef and pork they knew exactly what alpha gal was and pointed out options and substitutions i could make to an item. I ended up trying the Runaround with no crème fraîche or goat cheese and it was delicious!!! Thank you for being cautious and knowledgeable of this allergy. It is hard to find places that are as careful as they were!
Stopped in for lunch when passing through Joplin and it was fantastic! I had the Farmhouse Benny they were very nice about substituting scrambled egg for the poached egg (I just can't eat runny egg). My friend had a sandwich and really great french fries. The service was super friendly and quick. Hope to get another chance to visit in the future. If we were local, I'd be a regular!
