the quintessential English pub. two words. guinness pie. the most amazing bake that I have ever eaten in my life our evening here is fixed on the nights to remember list . wonderful owners who want us free herrage over the place, tasty eating, a beautiful little village and welcome natives, what more do they want?
I am from the usa and often come after notts. I'll make sure I stop here. it is a wonderful in the middle of no where pub restaurants with great food (fish n chips on free days safe) and great personal! the owner is very friendly! are looking forward to finding out more
We visited for lunch today for the first time at this venue. Lovely refurbishment, great food and drinks wonderful attentive staff who went out of their way to provide Eton mess which was delicious. Plus our dog is welcome which is always a bonus. Will return soon.
