If you want fine dining this is not for you. If you want a warm and friendly welcome. A great plate of home cooked food . A good selection of beers and wine all served with a smile and a genuine warmth, then get down to the Half Moon. Highly recommend.

Great village pub. Welcoming and local feeling. Great patio and dog friendly. Good choice of beer, tasty food and variety of events . Great atmosphere and approachable and engaging locals. Dont miss this one!

I don’t like giving poor ratings. I’m sure it must have been an off day after waiting 40 minutes for a bowl of chips. However date checking on condiments when serving food is a must! Sadly we won’t be back :

As always amazing food and fantastic portions! My dad who is always critical loved his salad! And the sundaes are to die for
