The Keg Steakhouse Brighton

Making an online reservation was straightforward, and our table was ready upon our arrival. The waiter was friendly, but he repeatedly forgot about our dinner occasion and the items we had ordered. The prime rib we received was overcooked and dry, but it was promptly replaced when we asked. Interestingly, the table next to ours also experienced a similar issue with an undercooked filet, which had to be remade and took at least 20 minutes. We usually only go to The Keg for special occasions or when we're treating guests. The menu has seen some changes, and the prices have increased as well. My partner and I went out for a long-awaited date night last night, and it was a fantastic experience! Our meal was delightful, with the exception of his steak, which had a rather charred flavor. When our server came by to check on us and noticed that we were not completely satisfied, he quickly brought over the manager. The manager was very understanding and promptly replaced the steak, which turned out to be excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return! We felt appreciated and welcomed throughout our visit.

Fantastic service and delicious food! We had a one-year-old with us, and the restaurant generously provided her with a complimentary plate of crackers, veggies, fruit, and dip. Our waiter was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for all of us. I was glad I made a reservation, as there was quite a line and a potential two-hour wait. I would definitely go back again!

The food was amazing as usual, and the wait staff were excellent. However, the lighting was a bit dim for our group. Since we were a smaller party of eight, I will definitely request a table further away from the kitchen door next time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Réservez une table maintenant

I had excellent service from Parker. He checked on us frequently and offered refills, along with making sure the food was prepared just as we requested.

I’m just disappointed because I had a reservation at 8 and didn’t get in till 8:15 ish and then I got the wrong steak. Réservez une table maintenant
