i jl! my partner and I just went and did our high-time gift list in norwich at the weekend and had an explosion. all staff were so friendly and chatting; (we especially liked the beautiful dame that served us our lunch and made us really giggle when they choose a naughty wee with our meal and they kindly suggested to add ratatouille to my goat cheese carpet to make it more substantial it is little extra touches like this that make a simple pause super! even if we did not ask the need for help, there were always employees who asked us of us, we were in order that came a few times at the perfect time, as we saw a tad confused and have to point ourselves in the right direction for a wider selec...

Have always enjoyed our treat of scones at John Lewis and was very surprised to see some very ordinary looking scones and when I queried why the scones looked different I was told that JL Norwich were no longer baking their own scones and all JL stores would be buying in scones and cakes to achieve continuity across their stores. What a mistake I feel the 'home made ' scones were always a treat and we purchased on a regular basis not relying on the free coffee and cake tokens and the scones we ate today were ok but totally uninspiring and not something I will be hurrying back to purchase. well done john lewis. I have an extended guarantee on my dishwasher. today I have said that my 4yr old machine shows a fault code. very helpful, friendly lady gave me details that I needed to appt engineers. with the manufacturer for repair. what a difference! no care creation, appt for a week away without offering a cancellation when a has been available. back to john lewis, who assured me that they would deal with the problem, and that they have. result. do not want to buy them again from this manufacturer, but certainly from john lewis.

some friends for a coffee and scones and then had a look around the load. always a pleasant experience to visit john lewis in norwich. very nice atmosphere, courteous and helpful staff and good atmosphere.

beautiful airy business. very friendly, helpful staff especially in curtain dept. beautiful lady couldn't do enough for us. can always get what they need.
