The Plough Inn Finstock

We took our Japanese friends for an evening meal and they loved it. They were impressed by the old and traditional thatched building (established 1772) to the warm welcome at the door. We had traditional pub food including a steak and sausage and mash and it was 2 for 1 fish and chips night. All the food was excellent, nicely presented and good portions. My wife couldn't finish her meal but they boxed what was left for her to take away. Overall, highly recommended.

We’re trying out local pubs on a Friday evening to support the local traders and this was second on our list! Lovely warm welcome and food was delicious if a bit expensive. Would definitely go back.
