Very dissatisfied with how a quiet complaint to Greg the owner about my meal which I wasn’t happy with was met rudely and handled aggressively with excuses and complete disregard of my opinion and experience. Greg seems to have an answer for everything and really doesn’t care about how a customer feels in his restaurant. This has caused the loss of a regular customer plus friendship group moving forwards.
