HEY MANAGERYou know why your ratings are poor .LISTEN UP ..l drive by this location at stop in around 5 om most mornings you used to have staff if l remember correctly 3 ladies your service was quick and effective. TODAY you have one poor guy doing everything, l watched this guy make coffee wirk the drive through and also serve walk in ..fortunately l was the only one in the store and waited 12 min for a coffee and muffin, a lady comes out from the back asks if I've been helped ? I reply that poor guy is running around doung everything..she says just a second then walks over to a machine to make an ice coffee to give to the delivery guy out back..Theres service. In general, Tim Hortons needs a better way to deliver items you ordered at the counter rather than shouting out the name of each item as it's made. Another customer can easily pick up one or more of your items. Also the app is of poor quality. It keeps crashing.

Notice that the portion for all wraps are getting smaller nowadays. Plus I like the packaging before, now it’s only wrapped in paper. Taste wise it’s the same as before. Just smaller.
