Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

Very rude staff, and poor service.I've gone here a few times thinking my first negative experience was just someone having a bad day, but it seems to be a trend. I'm not sure if it is a team leader but whoever runs the drive thru in the mornings needs to relax. I've gotten nothing but attitude and even had my bag of breakfast sandwiches thrown at me from the window.

One of the slowest services I have received to date. Can’t get your order right, keep having to repeat yourself here because they don’t speak the language. If you’re in a hurry avoid this location. They also love to wear masks here as well.

This used to be the best coffee in Edmonton, recently they changed something and now the coffee is very mediocre. If I had to rate their coffee before I would say 10/10, but now it's more like 3/10 at best.

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, toated with butter. Drove away before checking. Bagel was not cinnamon raisin, was not toated, did not have butter was plain. Do not go here.

Just wanted to drop a note to say there’s been a huge improvement with wait times on delivery orders pick ups . Great job , keep up the effort. The hard work is appreciated.
