Did you know that authentic pizza isn’t meant to have an oily base? I’ve had pizzas everywhere and when my husband ordered the seafood pizza. I was was worried, that it would be so soggy like I’ve experience previously. We ordered take away and the pizza actually stayed in its box about 30 40 minutes until we ate it and the base was dry!
