This is my second time going to this location in the last two weeks, both of my experiences have been bad! Last week I arrived at 7:50 and I’m assuming it was the manager working, she was the only one there and it took her forever to even greet me and the order took even longer. I attempted to order a Greek yogurt bowl but she told me the refrigerator was not working so they had no yogurt bowls. I ended up ordering something else. Today upon arriving, I stood in line for five minutes and three employees looked at me, kept working and didn’t even greet me at all. I decided to walk right out. Went for the first time today and waited 15 minutes in line before anyone acknowledged the line of people waiting. Two people left the store while waiting, when finally helped it took 30 minutes to get 2 smoothies. The store did appear under staffed and overwhelmed by the app orders arriving. The smoothie was in the end delicious, management needs to possibly address staffing.
This is the ugliest, nastiest, Tropical Smoothie place I’ve ever been. Usually it looks clean, professional, friendly employees. But this place has none of that. It’s sad because this is the closest tropical smoothie store near us. I will try it one more time but if it’s still the same we are not coming back. Employees lack of motivation.
