True Food Kitchen Reston Town Center

The service and food at this location varies and last night was just awful. It took way too long for a glass of tea to be brought to the table and then much longer for a glass of wine. After ordering a small pour, I noticed the server brought (after 3 reminders) over a larger pour to and let her know that. She proceeded to pour some in the glass. The manager came over quite some time later and said that if I wanted a small pour she needed to take the larger pour which she took. Then, it took quite some time to get the smaller one brought back to the table. Regardless, this was absolutely ridiculous. Not only had I waited all this time, put up with poor customer service and never really finis...

I ate here before I was very disappointed about the service (place was only about 15% occupied. Eating was moderate. the waiter has never stopped checking us, we had to stand up to find more water, etc. eating was in order, but the combination of just eating ok and bad service does not resemble back.

it was our jubilee and we take care of through and through. rian gave us a supplementary dessert as surprise! would not have asked for a better experience.

Our server was amazing. She was working her last before returning to JMU. The food was good. The management was kind and friendly.

greta eat and service. beautiful atmosphere. odd location, but that could be a good thing for diners who like a quiet night out.
