Uminoya Sushi Hibachi

First of all, this is NOT a Japanese restaurant, it is Chinese posing as a Japanese place. I should have known when I walked in and saw all the Chinese decorations. If you're going to posture yourself as a Japanese place, at least try to look like it. *Disclaimer: I lived in Japan for 10 years. I can tell the difference when it's Chinese food disguised as Japanese food. I ordered the 3 roll lunch special with a Spicy Lobster Roll, The Rock'n Roll, and a Shrimp Tempura roll. Gas station sushi would have been a better choice. All 3 rolls were sub-par, and some of the worst sushi I've had in New Jersey. My wife ordered the Tempura Udon.
