after more than 10 years it was the first time that we were not satisfied with the saddle of roe. good and very tender meat, but lacked that extra “touch”. “dry” spatzli, without the usual tons of butter and cheese that made you fat only to look at them. sauce for roast meat “standard” (not to say as a tube) with some mushroom, even they lacked the usual touch of the chef. In short, a saddle so banal you can find it in any restaurant. sin.
