Shane.. What can I say.. TOP MANAGER! customer service was astounding. There was a bit of a mix up with the order. He even came to our table to sort it out. Great presence about him, super friendly. Excellent customer service food was the best we have had in Cheshire in the last 24 months. will be coming again for more. Female chef, don't know her name came out of the kitchen to check the order was correct. She does the BEST loaded fries I have ever had.the crispy chilli beef.. Out of this world! Rooms: rooms are beautiful to stay in ,TV shower ,got a lovely good night sleeping in a queen bed Food drinks: French onions soup was delicious and so was carrot and coriander soup was delicious Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Great value
