This Walmart is getting a reputation of not paying local contractors. It's sad that a multi million dollar company cannot pay a small company what they owe! Shame on you Walmart! And then to tell them they are required to give you a discount! You could not find anyone to fix your problem so the poor guy fixed it and the thanks he gets from you is the middle finger!
