Awful experience trying to get a refund for a missing item in my pick-up order. I thought the whole pick-up service would be easy and convenient but it was the exact opposite. I was told to contact customer service for a refund, which I did, and they told me I had to wait 24 hrs and then come back again with my (online) receipt to get a refund. But I had to go out of town that weekend. It also didn't make sense to me that I would need to physically come back in and wait in line for this. And every time I called after that I was put on hold and passed from person to person and was lied to about the refund process. Walmart workers shopped for me and did a great job! I love this program! I can't make it around the store anymore as I have breathing problems. I do have one complaint, I ordered Snapple Peach Tea and they charged me the same price for the 2 qt. bottles I normally get but gave me small (I estimate 2 pint) bottles. And half of them were diet! Ick! Lol, I drank it and enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I might get more. Thank you for the Order Online and Pick Up program. It's saved my life.
wal mart is not a reliable charging for Wal-Mart-Exclusive. they can not even be there regale in the action figure ile. their pins remain empty for months. I don't even buy food. their meat department is terrible if they have any knowledge of food. online Wal-Mart is just as unreliable. reviving of smashed packages and insuring damaged. aim is the only place for me.
