Wendy's Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Was at the drive thru and was told cash only. I said no problem. I said I’ll have a baconator. They said they’re out of bacon. I said no problem. I’ll have one without bacon. They said their systems are down. I asked if I could order anything. They said no. I highly doubt any of this was true. How can a Wendy’s be out of bacon? And why wouldn’t you say your systems were down first? And unless your fridge is locked or the gas was turned off, pretty sure you can figure out cooking a hamburger and making change for a $10 bill. This place is shockingly terrible.

After reading reviews, I concur that this place has rude and careless employees. Drive thru lady had an attitude from thr get go. Charged us at the window for sauces we already paid for, forgot an order of fries, and then basically threw our bags at us which contained the coldest fast food in the world. Never going here again.

Foods good. Customer service is horrible unless you love eye rolling... save your money or go down the street to BK where they actually have good food and service

Wish I could give 0 stars. They act like you are an inconvenience, wouldn’t even take my order at 6:52 am when it says they open at 6:30.

They gave me a brown potato. Smothered in cheese so I wouldn't notice? Thanks but no thanks. I'm not happy
