Highly offensive in every way. I understand staffing on a Monday afternoon 3:45pm must be minimal but I noticed only one person working. He was cleaning the dining room when I went into drive-thru. The menu is complicated. Where are the meal deals? Honestly unless I have been there before I have no idea what is what, I felt as though I should of researched prior to coming in. So I order the burrito with black rice, guacamole and extra chicken. $18 . No side or drink was offered and I couldn't see any drinks or meal choices on your over the top drive thru menu. I was here a few times and although eating is good, there is a complete lack of it. it's too expensive for what they get. I'm vegan so have the salat bowl, paid $14.95 I had to pay extra for drilling because I didn't want to tear. I was amazed at how little the bowl was filled! if I wanted a little more to the 'normal' fillings that I have to pay more. After I finished my salad bowl dinner, I went home to eat. not recommended, there are better places to find good Mexican food at a reasonable price.

The food was cold and bland. Might just be me, but I thought nachos should be heated in some way, but here they just throw cold ingredients on corn chips nachos with cold unmelted cheese just isn't right. Also I thought burritos would be warm, but I was also wrong again. And by saying the food was cold I mean cold like it had just come out of the fridge. The food was also very tasteless and very overpriced for what ws recieved. Really disappointing and would not eat here again

Trash customer service. terrible holdings. more terrible loading, can never get a job right. never back. would like to go to the load, perhaps in the future if the staff change or the service is fixed.

never had a bad burrito of these youngs always fresh and tasty! not the enemy of their nachos but generally do not bypass the huhn burrito especially their Tuesday deal 2 for $20!
