this review is about the restaurand and its service, not the one of the hotels. the facility is beautiful rustic, on a cozy art and wise grounded. the walls are beautifully embellished with various pictures mainzer culturally good, the tables are always with flowers or the like. The service is friendly and competent, variations of the menu offers are possible at any time without any problem and without any price. there are, just as the institution suggests, very much grounded, bourgeois, i.e., traditional, like various carvings and steak dishes, often intelligently refined. Good-bourgeois, speciality-fried chickens, also to take with (mostly pre-order) for decades constantly high quality. terrace, however unbeautiful ambiente (behindhof, beton, autos.) operation very nice, but sometimes also launable and (rare) dragging. few weine to choose from, but among them a very good (something with secret rat soundso, a fruity and luxuriant white wine.) bus stop quasi directly in front of the house, parking cumbersome, strong traffic on the Kurmainzstraße, often cross life-threatening.

I was here for 3 weeks, near bus line, fitness center and market. The owner Connie, treats her guests very well, the staff is helpful, and the meals are great. I made friends with the cook, a boss, and the cleaning lady was great. They are treated like a part of the family, not just a number in a room. Super Awesome!

Even in this difficult time, we like to get delicious German food here. Whether half a chicken (the best in the region! , Schnitzel, Schweinlende, Jägerpfanne, we have never been disappointed, were always filled and found the food for very tasty. Go on! Réservez une table maintenant

We love the chickens. Now the Communion party of our youngest one was celebrated. Very good, bourgeois cuisine. It was a very beautiful, successful day for our son and Zum Babbelnit had his share of it. Thank you. Always happy!

Best good bourgeois cuisine in Mainz, we definitely come back!!!! Even the food brought home tastes great! In part, even newspaper paper is used environmentally friendly as packaging material that I find great!!!!!
