Super spot pour déjeuner au calme ! Vue imprenable sur le Rhône et les façades anciennes, la Péniche est oldschool ce qui lui donne bcp de charme. Cuisine et service se font en famille, les plats sont excellents avec que des produits frais et du fait maison. La carte est courte et on aime ça ! On discute avec les patrons et on ne voit pas le temps passer, puis on termine avec digestif doux mais qui a du caractère
in very cold and blunt weather we run down, with not much chance on berthing, until we found this peniche / restaurant. we were very welcome (free free drink at the bar from the owner and his wife at the arrival), followed by a very...nice meal on board later in the evening. very easy to recommend.
Delightful Restaurant on the Rhone This is a wonderful restaurant in a barge on the Rhone River. It belongs and is led by a young family who felt very welcome when we tied our boat to the barge. We explored Arles for the rest of the day and came back La Peniche for a delicious dinner with a beautiful view over the Rhone of the atmospheric sun against the old part of Arles. The peniche salad and the terrine were great entrees and both the filet de rouget and the duck conflict were excellent. We finished the evening with a drink after dinner with the owner. This restaurant is good to visit when in Arles.
