we where staying close by at the caravan site and despite reading the negative reviews and quite a few coming from the caravan site we decided to take a short walk to the pub ,This is not a fine dining pub but a local pub with friendly local people and there are not many local pubs left nation wide ,Had a lovely couple of pints of Sea Fury (real Ale) The garden and covered area looked nice,So if you are the caravan site a fancy a nice pint its well worth a visit

Not overly impressed. Seemed they were only interested in people buying alcohol and watching sports on the screens. Most pubs now sell coffee tea etc with food which is what I wanted. I must admit I was shocked .

On a work trip for a few days in the area and had dinner here on 2 nights. Spacious pub, with friendly staff, and the food was great! Enjoyed watching the Euros as well on the many TVs they had.

Just stopped there for a pint. Was surprised how much outside seating. Liked the pub very much i will stop of again friendly atmosphere. Nice staff.. Réservez une table maintenant

A proper English pub, loads of things going on every week, live music on Saturday and karaoke every Friday night from 8.

Wanted a quiet 5pm drink but atmosphere was competely ruined by the loudest landlord I have ever come across. Avoid.

Ha ha ha!!! What a dive, can’t believe how bad this place is. Avoid if you know what’s good for you.

Only popped in for a quick drink but a nice and friendly pub.
