Arrived on asnières about 1 1/2 year ago, I quickly discovered this caviste which is located near my home and that I had seen at Petitrenaud a few months ago in the practice. they are enthusiasts who make a real selection according to their heart blows and contacts with producers. result : they speak very well of their wines, give excellent advice and have some napkins found on the internet or supermarket / nicolas. they are friendly, available and sometimes bring producers to taste new domains / regions. In short, a caviste, a real one, to discover urgently for any oenophile asnierois. My only regret: not having tested the restaurant at noon. I hope soon.
the ash cellar is: 1- a beautiful landmark to buy local wines, vinified by artists, from 7 to 77 euros, with a high quality advice, 2- a very good place where to eat around simple things, well prepared, with noble ingredients, and a lot of passion 3- a place where to spend a moment with friends, privatizing the place in the evening, around the wine, a meal, and ideally the professionalism and kindness of the boss, laurent, is a real gift. Come on, I'm going back this noon!
No words! You have to go, then listen, observe, look, and try after you are vaccinated! the place to be on has the impression that the customers are all friends with the two people who master their partition within a cellar that makes in addition the bed table , in short of seriousness with much but a lot of sympathy , which only spoils the wines of the estate and it is di-vin!
There's something all pizza lovers know: that is the most important in a pizza is the pizza doug. I mean There's a book by John Irving that seems to be all about how you make a good pizza dough after all XD! I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life: cheap, expensive, good, average and bad. And rareley have I been this satisfied by my pizza. There's a lovely atmosphere in this restaurant too: all in green and purple, soft, friendly. Only two people: husband and wife, and you can feel they're a happy couple. Everything oozes good vibes in the place. And especially the food. It's an italian/pizza place of course, so nothing fancy of course. But fanciness apart they sure know how to do the job!People who eat there are all returning customer, most neighbourhood based, and for a good reason! The pasta is good, tha lasagna is good, and the pizza is top-notch. All that at a cheap price, served very fast and with a smile. Sometimes a gem is hidden and you just need someone to tell you where it is!
My wife and I had the plat and dessert meals. Hers was a delicious salmon presentation that was wrapped much like sushi and sprinkled with sesame seeds. I had a lamb filet with mashed squash. Her dessert featured a chocolate mousse and I had a crème brulee. Our server was very pleasant and helpful with the ordering process by interpreting the large board menu. Great way to wrap up our stay in Paris.
