We were heartily received and felt at home tom the very first minute. The hotel room was lovely and modern. The greatest surprise was the excellent meal in the restaurant. Everything, from the great wine list, fantastic amuse-bouche to the last crumb was a feast. Breakfast was great as well.

I went there for a baptism four years ago (the restaurant had opened on Sunday). the frame is really nice, the decoration really good. The bosses and the waiters were nice. I haven't had the opportunity to go back to the test in the week, but it's gonna have to.

on holiday in Alsace to discover this beautiful region that we did not know. we start by belfort stopping in this hotel-restaurant that is at the height of our expectations. the reception is smiling, attentive and extremely professional. Comfortable room, quiet, and decor of the hotel very nice. As for the restaurant, it deserves its bib michelin, the dishes are tasty, up to the gourmet peas or the small cherry tomato, for example, which are not only details of decor but elements in its entirety that participate in the balance of the dish. It's a must in Belfort.We eat especially well, dishes always finely concocted by a chef who has to know how to do and boldly.Difficult to resist desserts.It's always a pleasure to come and come back. Always well received, the frame is really nice and the superb main room with its large mirrors.This is the ideal place for a meal in the head...Excellent!
