wonderful! highly recommended! the service was nice, the waitress translated the menu for us and gave recommendations. that was delicious. a real authentic family business bistro. the 7.50€ bottlehouse wine is an additional bonus that tasted very nice. many thanks for a nice dinner tonight. we are grateful for their hospitality. the sauce honey duck was exquisite! and the Mediterranean sweet was a nice note.

Overall, I was very happy with this place and would definitely recommend if in the area. Good service, good quality food, great views, quaint ambiance. The only thing that wasn't great was the bun used on the burger I ordered. The meat was excellent, however the bun was dry and thick so it took away from the taste of the succulent beef. The rum cake is very strong (but very good) so if you order it, pour sparingly. I would definitely come back here if in the area.

Overall, I was very happy with this place. We came here for lunch, so I suspect we would have an even better experience for dinner. Great food, service was a little bit slow, yet friendly. The view was pleasant, with a quaint ambiance. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bun on my burger was very dry, so it took away from the taste of the succulent beef. I would definitely come back here though if in the area. The other three people I was dining with said their meals were excellent and they complimented me on my selection of this restaurant.

The place is okay, but not that special depending on what you go for. The menu is a small blackboard that they move around the restaurant to different tables, so it might take a while before you even get to see it. Not only there's just the one menu, but it's only written in French, which caused my partner to order some kidneys without knowing. We did have a fish salad which was surprisingly delicious but ALERT: raw fish in it! I had duck, really good. But the best of this place is their tarte tatin!! OMG, apples with a very thin dough and ice-cream!! I think it's a bit pricey for the amount we ate.
