Hotel is very well appointed, staff was great and the included breakfast was top notch. The one complaint we had was that we had a room overlooking the plaza, with a view of the Opera House. What they failed to tell us was that the night crowds in the plaza are very noisy and they are out all hours of the night. Our first night we had street performers until midnight, bar revelers until after 3AM and then the skate boarders started up at 4AM. Advanced notice would have been helpful. Overall good experience, but if I ever go back to Bordeaux, I would choose a different hotel, or make sure I requested a quiet room
