Pokesdown Chippy - Réservation de table

Stopped by the Pokesdown Chippy for a bag of chips last week, and I was amazed by how clean the place was! Brilliant! And the owner was so proud of how much elbow-grease he had put into the place and the plans he has for it. Such a great soul. And the chips didn't disappoint, either!

The man in the shop was very friendly and there was fast service and the food was hot and fresh. You got a lot of chips for only £2! The only drawback was some of the chips weren't crispy enough. Overall, it was an amazing experience -i would highly recommend.

have had fish and chips several times and the quality cannot be failed. this is the best chip shop for miles around and I look forward to more. if they qualitatiw high quality fish and chips then they give them an attempt. they will not regret it! Thank you.

excellent eating, freshly cooked and served by friendly, honest frizzes. absolutely the best chippy in the BH6/7 range. overtakes this place from a landmile alone in the service. highly recommended Réservez une table maintenant

This chippy never let's us down, a short wait as everything is freshly cooked. The fish is fantastic and they are very generous with the chips. A very good choice of accompaniments as well.

Superb food, cooked fresh and served by kind, honest fryers. Absolutely the best chippy in the BH6/7 area. Overtaken *that* place by a country mile on service alone. Highly recommended

best fish and chips I've had for a few years. everything is boiled as they order, so it is as fresh and hot as possible. large service, inviting and well dimensioned portions

Really chippy, freshly cooked, very tasty and not oily at all. Cod was lovely.
