Went to the Frankie and Benny's in Wembley with my wife and kids (Adult and Toddler) and the service was very good. Steve F. (the supervisor) looked after us and was very hospitable and friendly, the other stuff were also attentative and also interacted with all of us, including my toddler. What also added to the experience was that we had the privilege of a menu with decent GLUTEN FREE dinner options for Adults and also on the Kids menu. The GLUTEN FREE dessert section was not as expansive, but it did have a Chocolate Brownies which tasted good. The ambience and music was good too, and had us rocking from the doorway to our seats. I would recommend this branch especially if you need a GLUTE...
We went for lunch this afternoon at Frankie and Benny’s,it was fantastic.The staff were fantastic,both our waiters were really polite and made perfect attention to detail,even asking if I wanted more butter for my jacket potato.The burger was also delicious too,cheese added a lot of flavour and meat was cooked well and tasted delicious.Nice bun too.The jacket potato was delicious too.Also my lemonade was tasty and really cooled me down!!!!!Food came out exceptionally quickly too.Nice atmosphere,nice decor,I love the really fresh new decor of Frankie and Benny’s.Also restaurant and restrooms were clean as well.Would highly recommend this f&b to anyone.
The food was good and the service was friendly. I just disappointed with the miscommunication. I got a burger and they asked me which kind of fries and if I would like salad or corn with my order. The way they served it looked like it was part of the side for my burger, they didn't made clear it was extra, and at the end they charged it in my bill. They trick me to get an extra sale but they lost a customer. Unfortunately, some companies prefer to make money tricking customers in one sale than try to build customers loyalty.
5 star customer service provided by Steve. We pre booked but were early and we were very kindly accommodated. It was my grandson’s 6th birthday and the staff were great at setting up the cake that we had purchased and sang happy birthday and then we ate that for dessert and plates etc were provided. We even needed the final bill split between 5 families and Steve was happy to help. Food was nice as expected . Réservez une table maintenant
Came here for dinner prior to an evening show at the OVO arena and we received a very friendly and warm welcome. The food was ok, not the best quality we’ve had from a Frankie Benny’s, but the service we received from Michael more than made up for the food. He was super attentive, funny and just totally lifted the whole experience for us. 5* customer service.
We really enjoyed eating here. We were in Wembly for a very busy event at the stadium and were struggling to find somewhere to eat that wasn't an hours wait. We walked into here and got seated straight away. Our waitress was lovely and we got our drinks order pretty quick, the food was delicious too. Would highly recommend.
