This restaurant offers bland food, a very limited menu and is staffed by frankly rude and totally incompetent staff. The lady who served us was quite dismissive, charmless and lacked any formal training in customer care. I sense she is/was the owner. She is not suited to the catering trade and I suggest her career opportunities lie elsewhere. We were a group of 8 diners, well behaved and residents of France familiar with courteous standards. I was not alone in my criticism and this was the view of the whole group.Clearly, we will never go back.

Situated in the Vauban fort area this unpretentious little restaurant serves refined dishes of the highest quality certainly prepared with dedication. However the service was extremely slow so be prepared to take along a book if you are a single traveller or have plenty of conversation to hand for your partner. I gave up waiting for a dessert but they sounded delicious. Prices are reasonable.

A local recommended this restaurant and told us to go for an early dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes, which were both original (making use of local flowers & herbs) and tasty. Service was good and prices entirely correct. While enjoying our dinner, several people had to be turned down because of full occupancy. The place is not fancy at all, yet this is definitely an address to remember.

We are on a road trip through France and stopped here one very rainy day We heard of Briancon and wanted to explore this medieval town.

pleasant experience in an evening of August. very friendly and kind staff. proven tartiflette with a typical gorgonzola cheese and I was pleasantly impressed. excellent also sweet and portions. button sores the account, very expensive. personally it was worth it even if I would have willingly spent at least € less.

Très bon déjeuner. Des produits frais donc il peut y avoir des manques à la carte mais la patronne prévient des le départ. La tarte aux myrtilles à base de bleuets à éviter car sans intérêt gustatif
