we came across this little pizza place by chance. it has hardly any advertising outside in the opposite to pizza place on the opposite side of the square. Oh, but what a sound. the owner is a great cook and makes his own pizza with french twist. the pizza du monde, the chef, has a large selection of pizza with own taking what could be on the pizza from other countries. Although I'm not sure they really represent these countries, it really doesn't matter because these are the best pizzas I had in France. the crust is easy and crunchy and toppings to die. I think the pizza anglaise is the best. it is nothing like eating English thanks to quality, but it is oh sooo delicious. not only that his pichet du vin is really good wein locally and well selected. also its salads are very good. it is fabulous value for money. they must sit outside under the arches that surround the city square in this picturesque bastid. if they are in the mood for pizza, they can not be better than that. We have taken here people from frank, england, mexiko and Australians and all agree that the pizza is great. tipp 1 cannot be removed from the unimaginable outside world. the pizza is wonderful! tipp 2 all pizzas are good, but try the pizza anglaise it is to die. tipp 3 ask the owner/Koch for recommendations for their wein. it is both excellent value and excellent local wine. also not expensive. tipp 4 try the roquefort salatlaume! tipp 5. probably best visited in the early year, summer and autumn because they have to sit outside, but the placement in this small bastide is really delightful. tipp 6 this place has very little advertising in the opposite to the raised place on the place. the pizza is not in the same league. was this review helpful? please cross the field if they found it like that.
