Having lived near this restaurant for nearly 10 years we only discovered this restaurant via a friend last week. We had the plat du jour which consisted of a choice of starter, quiche with chicken and cepes or blue cheese salad. Main course was bavette of beef with sauteed potatoes and ratatouille and for dessert a choice of Tiramisu, Creme Brulee,Chocolate Mousse and Panacotta. Two glasses of wine an aperitif, tea and coffee, 50 euros. Portions were generous, service excellent and dog friendly. No complaints. Thanks

We visited again, just to make sure it wasn't a "fluke" the first time! Its still an excellent meal and good value for money. Try lunch - they have a nice sunny patio where you can enjoy the fresh air.

Although this restaurant specialises in meat dishes, they were more than accommodating for one of our party who does not eat meat. Stephanie (our waitress) was charming and helpful - she speaks excellent English, having been an Au Pair in the UK, and we can't wait to return.

What a delightful experience the welcome the food cooked in the room where you can eat on a roaring wood fire (we chose to eat on the terrace ) The meat was top class cooked exactly to our request The desert was something out of this world And the house wine excellent and very reasonable Altogether a great dining experience Would I go again? Try and stop me

This restaurant is in a rural location by the roadside on the right of route nationale heading from Castelnaudery to Toulouse. Easy to find and easy to park . Le Moulin has a cosy warm ambience and offers a friendly atmosphere . We had booked a table for 7 and were well accommodated, a full view of the big grilling fire with chef in full sight of his customers.Service was a wee bit slow to begin with , but not a problem. OK ...The food...This is a "joint " for carnivores , so beef , veal , duck and lamb feature heavily on the menu , but grilled fish can be ordered too. Wine available by the pichet at sensible no nonsense prices , desserts and puddings delicious. My meal which was more than adequate for a late dinner was Tournedos cooked a point and dessert of cafe gourmand.Can recommend this venue, the food was superb , the overall experience is worth the effort of getting there and we will return. Total cheque for 7 people including 2 litre pichets of red wine , puddings and excellent coffees etc totalled €202. Very good but just a touch short of excellent!
