If you want a great dinner, eat here.We actually came here to have an Italian Dinner. We were surprised to know this little restaurant serves Japanese food - Rahman soup.It was delicious! We were very happy and the soup was enough for two people. We also had coffee which was good (Italian) and deserts which were excellent, tiramisu and chocolate pondent.

This place is a little treat in Chambéry. It's located in the central shopping area alongside a few other restaurants. Their specialty is handmade pasta of various fillings and colors but you can also choose a yummy, generous serving of lasagne along with dessert for 10,50 euro. So cheap for this kind of food! The food is delicious and affordable and the owners are lovely. We got there after 3pm and were told the pasta menu had been closed until dinner but the kind owner cracked a smile because he saw us eyeing the very nicely made pasta in the display window and said why not :) He speaks English, French and Italian. A glass of wine to go with is only 3,50 euros. The dessert we had was a little punnet each of tirimasu and mango cream. It was delicious and just enough as we were full after the main. The lady kept coming to check on us and then asked if we wanted a coffee to finish off so we ordered a macchiato each and it was very nice. The only thing is, the restaurant is quite small inside and it was winter so we were lucky to get a seat. It's popular. Summertime would be perfect because they have the seats outside and it's nice to sit and people-watch, with food or a coffee, French style! Highly recommend this place :)
