La Belle Epoque

So we went to the "belle epoque" , unfortunately under this misleading title, the frame made us think more about the restaurant "old france" of the series "the man of the picardy" or "Maigret" (version jean richard"), than to the rich early 20th scenery ! we were said: "that to this does not hold, the kitchen (after a nice new reception it is not true). .the kitchen can be simple but tasty. There we were far from account! then come the inconsistencies: 3 pages of wines on the menu (?), proposal of purée en accompaniment)(,? and a melba fishing of school canteen! A rather salty addition and a horrible "abstract composition" hanging on the wall literally made us flee! So we don't recommend this place.

restaurant on chauny that offers simple cuisine but to how excellent (from home.) meat is always on top, a real treat. we go there quite often, 2 to 3 times a month for now a few months and we have never been disappointed. the waitress is very friendly and the professional service. so don't hesitate to stop it if you pass on the area. calm atmosphere.

rather successful lunch with risk of calfskin and smelting horse steak provided by the nearby kine butchery. this option is not on the map. it is enough to know that it is possible to get it, the best being to warn. service nice but good wine map.Decoration simplémentation. modest but tasteful establishment.

very well for a meal taken during a training. Copyy and good. a perfect fried steak and the next day a little strong but tender.

very basic kitchen similar to a canteen. hot limit flat. problem in meat cooking.
