from nearby renaissance hotel walked out and enjoyed a full French meal, with appetizer, Entree(with kartoffeln and veggie,) plus dessert for 20 euro each. the food was delicious and the service was friendly. would have eaten several nights if they stayed longer in the opposite. exactly what we were looking for to eat authentic French food!
came to lunch after a long walk from his in the nearby forest, so we were hungry! the restaurant is guided by a man and a woman, unpredictable cooking and service. nice cod starter, followed by mönchen for my wife and steak and kartoffeln. for me. would recommend it. good wine list and reasonable prices too.
This great little restaurant is a few minutes walk from the Renaissance Hotel and is well worth a visit. The menu is varied with both a la carte and plats de jour. Everything beautifully cooked and well presented. They have an English version of the...menu and were happy to cater for my husband's dairy free diet. Great value too with a real family run cosiness to the restaurant. Excellent quality every time. You can eat outside in the summer.
This is true French dinning with outstanding food and humbly run by a husband and wife team. The food is amazing with all creations prepared on site. The wine selection is good for being such a small place. Being small one must reserve since seating...is limited and practice your French for ordering, but they do have an English menu. My suggestion, go for the daily special.
