On reviendra.

my French family was impressed by the galettes. a good selection of traditional and adventurous fillings. I chose scallops with chorizo cream, my children had the less adventurous “complete”. we were all excited. the ice creams were also fabulous. all in all, we will surely go back.

spent the day in damgan and returned to our favorite restaurant for lunch. we were not disappointed. good food, good service, more reasonable price. worth a visit.

we had dinner here. the steak was unusable, fat and tough the house wine was rough. There are many better restaurants in dagan than that.

Well, I guess this is bretagne almost food, but it certainly wasn't the worst for it. on a very blunt juli evening we were looking at the wind in le youyu and it was quite packed, so we had luck finding a table. they. have some outdoors, but in a pretty narrow street the brise will be right along where most restaurants are regrettable! my wife had a galette filled with ham and cheese while I went for moule with a curry sauce and while I moules I never tried a curry sauce before, but I am glad I did as it was absolutely delicious! the portions were generous, I think it was a liter pot and served with chips and brot. I hate cold chips so it was a race to eat them in connection with the rest of them. a dirty job ( literally splashing on the curry sauce, but someone had to do it! when my wife had finished her galette before me, every gentleman would have pushed his rest of his meal out of courtesy. Unfortunately for them I am obviously not a gentleman, so she had to watch my way through the whole pot full. we wanted different weep so we drank through the glass and they were very reasonable vin maison offers. After I had to watch all the moules eat, my wife had a bit boring and I was too filled to manage a desert so we can not give them any recommendation that I fear but nosy (as one is) we could not help but find that our colleagues seemed very happy with their sweet choice so that we also give them a third hand. service was fast, courtesy and friendly and the prices in agreement with all other places in damgam, i.e. seasonal expensive for a fast evening meal, sharpened for us by a weak euro tariff. would we come back? certainly recommended!

We arrived on friday the 22 of july around 21PM with my girlfriend. A quiet night; Not that much people in the restaurant as it's a very strange 2016 summer. Business is very low. But still, i can't understand why they were rushing us that...much. And this, from the start of our meal. And let me tell you, i'm working in the restaurant industry for 15 years and have been a restaurant manager for 4 years so i know exactly what i'm talking about. They were proposing a menu for 21 euros, the bistrot menu which we opted for including starter, main course and desert. Starter was ok. Simple but good. Then we had the mussles with fries as a main course which is one of the main specialities of the region at this period of the year. The mussles were not very good at all. Not juicy at all (knowing that we both choose to have them à la marinière Seems like they finish to cook them on the pan...shameful... Desert was a colonel...Lemon sorbet with vodka...simple and good. So, to conclude i would say first that 21 euros for a menu is ok IF the food is good, and mainly the speciality but this was not the case. But to have on top of this a quick, cheap and disturbing service... that's the icing on the cake! I would not recommand this restaurant and will never go back! Et je suis français juste à titre informatif... (i'm french.. You want to taste good mussles, go to Piriac-sur-mer at the Vigie ! Wonderful!! So long my friends...
