Proportion suffisante. Produits locaux et de saison. Réservation impérative

This was the first time my friends and I had eaten at this lovely quaint very French restaurant in many years of coming to Dieppe! The fish -especially the turbot-was stunningly delicious! The wine was a perfect accompaniment -recommend the Macon- and the delightful desserts consisted of a gloriously light and fluffy soufflé and the best strawberries and meringues ever!!!It had a quiet but totally appropriate atmosphere, and the one lady waitress, Florence-did a great job in keeping all the tables happy with her service! Book it in advance!!

Pleased to be back and to report that nothing has changed. The slightly grumpy looking waitress continues to intimidate. The tiny room is packed with locals at lunch time and the local fish dishes are superb. It's a bit pricey but you can do the all in lunch time menu for 30 euros without wine. You must book.

I am eternally grateful to my French cousin who found this magnifique little restaurant! For me the test of a truly gifted chef is if he can cook food I don't normally like in a way I find delicious. I don't generally like fish much, especially sea fish, but this restaurant served the best cod I've ever had - and the souffle was divine! All the food was fantastically fresh and cooked with a wonderful delicacy and sureness of touch. The price is a little high for every day (15 to 30 euros) but a third of what you'd pay for this quality in London. If you're in Dieppe, don't eat anywhere else!

I'd heard good things about this little restaurant near the Marina but I left quite disappointed. My starter of lentils and smoked salmon was pleasant however my steak was tough and the desert average. The restaurant was full and only had one waiter who was run off her feet. It made it difficult to order anything extra and it took a long time to get the bill and pay. I probably wouldn't go back.

Sweet traditional bistro by the swing bridge, away from the tourist restaurants and in a different class to them. Go for the superb fish but leave room for the heavenly calvados soufflé. Not expensive even after eating off the chalked carte. Lovely atmosphere at lunch. It would be incredibly cosy on a wintry day.
