C'est un buffet à votre disposition, mais c'est surtout du riz, donc ça se boit et c'est rentable. sushi : quelques particules de poisson dans beaucoup de riz. rouleaux de printemps : pas de goût. Tout semble sec et là depuis un moment. Le patron ne sourit pas et peut même être désagréable. et quand tu finis ton assiette et que tu la poses sur le coin de la table pour aller au dessert, il te reste tes crevettes et autres déchets de carapaces.

came for business.I chose one of the only 2 hotels worthy of the baths. We had a room for 2.At the resa we were told the dispo of the room from 5pm. Arrived at 5pm the boss daigne opened the door by insisting that in principle he opens at 5:30pm, but he makes an exception. He gave us a speech for 15 minutes on "how it works": the keys to go home, the remote controls for TV, the wifi...to believe that nothing really works well and that everything holds with string tips.I had the trouble to tell him that we were tired because we had left for 5am and that we just wanted to ask ourselves, he replied that it made him laugh because it was 30h that he had been up! But to do what?The hotel is miteux. stair with black carpet, welcome by an iron curtain that keeps the reception bank in old-fashioned wood, mattress almost laying down parterre,plafond in the mold bathroom... that make the control services....The tv is small and suspended as in the hosto. And again we had a room "luxe"Don't count on the parking lot because it's private for the owner who farms it at 8:00 pm.sinon it will offer you public parking in front of the hotel.Not really it is necessary that the tourist office do something for those who just want a correct hotel. even a poor ibis, or a best western.if you open it to sleep elsewhere...

Passant à Digne-les-Bains pour une nuit, nous sommes venus dîner à la rose du jade où nous avons été accueillis par Cédric qui a préparé chacun de nos plats à la minute. Mon fils et moi avons été regalés! rien à voir avec les restaurants asiatiques où la nourriture reste dans des chaufferies plates pendant des heures, tout était frais et délicieux! Merci. Chef Cédric ! Options végétariennes : prenez simplement les plats qui ne comprennent que les plantes. Petite convivialité : menu varié.
