I am not a frequent visitor to KFC’s generally, but I have always felt the quality of the food and service to be consistent across the brand and as such very acceptable to me. Unfortunately this KFC (White Rose Way Lakeside Factory Outlet Doncaster) takes the prize for being the worst ever and as such has completely demolished my trust in the entire KFC brand! me and my sister came to the kfc drive through and waited at the order point for five minutes before being acknowledged by a worker, bare in mind it's lunchtime on Monday and we were the only ones in the queue minimum people sit in. we go to use blue light card and told they don't do it anymore however on google it says it's still accepted. We were given our drinks first then waited ten minutes for the rest of our order, the servers were slow and did not seem to care that we were waiting. They did not apologise for the wait at all and did not provide us with napkins, straws or sauces (that were included in our meals).
